professional associations and organizations that serve the needs of

The American Association of
Drugless Practitioners (AADP)
An organization that certifies
drugless practitioners in a wide range of healing professions.
American Holistic Health Association (AHHA)
A non-profit, volunteer organization that
provides free information about health and wellness. The resources
provided are intended to enhance health and to help people cope with
illness.
American Holistic Medical Association
A national organization that promotes holistic
medicine among physicians and other healthcare providers. In their
words... "The AHMA was created to unite physicians and associated healthcare
professionals who practice holistic medicine. The mission of the AHMA is to
support practitioners in their evolving personal and professional
development as healers, to educate them about holistic medicine, and to
advocate for the advancement of holistic medicine in the country's
healthcare system."
British Holistic Medical Association (BHMA)
The British Holistic Medical Association is an advocate for the
practice of holistic medicine. It works to educate both healthcare
providers and the general public on the principles and practice of holistic
medicine. Membership is open to anyone who wants to adopt a holistic
approach to life and work.
British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA)
An umbrella organization for a wide range of complementary healing
therapies. Works to promote professionalism and to protect the rights of
practitioners.
